Alyssha Edwards was the recipient of 2017 HOPE + FACT Graduate Production Residency.
During her two months here, Edwards received curatorial support from our Exhibitions team, as well as full access to FACTLab, our pioneering workshop space, in which to explore the possibilities of creative technology through hands-on experimentation, and with support from our in-house Learning Technologist.
Edwards' practice focuses on the border between chaos and control, and draws on her personal experience with dyslexia to question if our own thoughts and thinking patterns define our personality. Beginning with a research project, the residency culminated in the presentation of work at FACT at the end of 2017.
