Displayed on the large public screen is the text, “I want in the future a good job, preferably as a paramedic” by Sophie Wareing (aged 14). Sophie’s wish to have a career in medicine will light up on a colourful pastel background with Moorish patterns.

Artworks with Sophie's text will be placed on lamp posts along Library Street on a colourful intricate design. Sophie’s words are specific, as she’s always wanted to be a paramedic from a very young age.

“I want in the future a good job, preferably as a paramedic” in the form of library screensaver will appear on computers in fifteen libraries across the borough including: Ashton Library, Aspull Library, Atherton Library, Golborne Library, Hindley Library, Hope Community Library, Ince Library, Lamberhead Green Library, Leigh Library, Marsh Green Library, Platt Bridge Library, Shevington Library, Standish Library, Tyldesley Library & Wigan Library.
