We are delighted to welcome Dr Julie Louise Bacon to FACT this month to undertake a Research Fellowship, working with the FACT team on the next phase of a major international initiative. She will present a talk about her research into changes in our experience of time in the Network Ages, highlighting artworks and exhibitions including FACT’s own programming history.
The Habitat of Time is a major international research project (2018-2020) being developed by Dr Julie Louise Bacon at UNSW Art & Design in collaboration with FACT and LJMU’s Dr Mark Wright and Prof. Mike Stubbs. The project will focus on the creation of curatorial models that enhance audiences’ experience of time in physical and digital art spaces through research in FACT’s innovative exhibition space, archives and FACTlab.
