Get ready for a magical weekend of festive films and creative workshops as Cinema in the City heads to Liverpool Lighthouse in Anfield. Join us on Friday 6 and Saturday 7 December 2024 for two days of family-friendly film screenings and activities that will spark your imagination.
Come and watch an enchanting film and take part in exciting creative workshops for all ages. Learn how to make a stop-motion animation where you can bring your stories to life, or join a puppet-making workshop that lets you craft your own character. Plus, enjoy face painting to transform into your favourite festive character!

Face painting is not included in the ticket price and is available on a first-come, first-served basis at £2.50 per child.

For Cinema in the City, we offer a free babe in arms ticket for children under 2 years old, as long as they sit on the knee of a paying adult. Any children over 2 must occupy their own seat and have a valid ticket.

There will be festive-themed food and drinks available to purchase from the Liverpool Lighthouse café, including hot chocolate, soft drinks, mince pies, popcorn, sweets and candy floss.

- Tickets to Cinema in the City events cannot be exchanged or refunded, except in the case of cancelled or rescheduled events.
- Your e-ticket will be emailed to the email address supplied. An e-ticket can be shown on a mobile device or printed on paper for entry.
